7 days of septra
10 days of keflex
and 10 days of augmentin
3 days of rocephin
3 days of vancomycin
7 days of clindomycin


(and now 10 days of omnicef and 10 of flagyl.. oh, and throw in some cipro because SOMEHOW he may have an ear infection brewing. HOW?!)
